We are a Booking Agency acting for private property owners who provide fully
furnished accommodation, let on a weekly basis for stays of 3+ weeks. We are probably the largest independent booking service of privately owned self-catering properties in central England.
A wide range of different types of places to stay in cities, towns and rural locations.
We personally inspect most accommodation.
Our criteria - it has to be good enough for us to stay in before we recommend it to you!

Small granny flats, studio rooms etc
· Rate: £90 - £130+ per week
· Ideal for one person
· Most with simple kitchen facilities.
More spacious properties, houses, flats, cottages, barn conversions etc.
· Rate: £135 - £500+ per week
· 1 - 3 bedrooms
· Ideal for 2 - 5 persons
· Fully Fitted kitchens etc

You can telephone or email us. We are here to help you with a personal service. We can send by email, more information and pictures of properties you may be interested in before you make a booking.
You are welcome to view in advance. Accommodation is arranged for 3+ weeks. Shorter bookings of 1+ weeks can be made 'last minute.'
Note: On the 'Location List' we have marked with a SC towns & villages, where self-catering accommodation is available.

DEPOSIT & SURETY BOND
To ensure bona-fide bookings, a deposit of £25 by credit / debit card it required. If your stay is for 4+ weeks, you can request a long-stay discount of £20 at the end of your stay, by completing our feedback form. In this way we continually monitor and maintain standards. On some properties, a £300+ surety bond may be required by credit or debit card. Rent should be paid either fortnightly or monthly in advance.
